Donna Spillman-Kennedy is a founding partner at Integrated Speech Pathology. A graduate of Rutgers University (BA, MS Communication Sciences & Disorders), Donna has worked as a speech-language pathologist for more than 25 years, dedicating her career to helping individuals with complex communication and medical needs to achieve their full potential. She has a diverse background working in a variety of settings for adults and children with a wide array of disorders and disabilities. She has worked at the Cerebral Palsy Association of Middlesex County as a clinician and supervisor, consultation at a variety of schools, and specific expertise in augmentative alternative communication and selective mutism.  Ms. Kennedy is an augmentative communication specialist and is a certified NDT (Neuro-Developmental Treatment)  and a PROMPT trained speech-language pathologist. 

She has worked as an adjunct professor and clinical supervisor at Rutgers University, Kean University, and Seton Hall University, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in speech-language pathology/communication disorders including phonetics, language development, and augmentative and alternative communication in both online and face-to-face formats. 

Donna is the President of  the New Jersey Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NJSHA) and has served on various committees, as a member of its board of directors, and the chair of continuing education. She also served on projects and advisory boards of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. Ms. Kennedy has presented research, academic presentations and clinical instruction at local, state, and national symposia, as well as professional continuing education programs.
